Branch Manager

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the sales team. This is a management role combining people leadership, P&L ownership, key account management, and distribution network development. The focus is on leading a team, managing strategic relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Territory: France, Spain
Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing and sales activities for Fluid Solutions in France and Spain
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic customer partnerships
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 5 (2 outside sales, 3 inside sales)
- Visit key strategic accounts and major distributors alongside the sales team
- Handle client escalations as the senior point of contact
- Own the P&L
- Develop and execute short- and long‑term sales strategies aligned with global direction
- Expand and revitalize distribution channels and networks
- Collaborate closely with international senior management in a matrix organization
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree (ideally in Engineering); MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in people management
- 5+ years selling high‑purity fluid management products (valves, fittings, hoses, etc.) to process/industrial markets (semiconductor, oil & gas, water treatment, hydrogen, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial, hands‑on leader comfortable with P&L responsibilities (including HR and finance awareness)
- Comfortable with hybrid work mode – office is in Lyon. In the beginning, frequent office visits are necessary; later, once a week is sufficient
- Willingness to visit clients (appx. 2 days/week)
- Native French and fluent English
