An exceptional opportunity to lead a flagship boutique for a globally recognised ultra-luxury maison, renowned for its heritage, craftsmanship, and high jewellery expertise. This role sits at the heart of a high-traffic international luxury destination, combining strong commercial ownership with elevated client experience, team leadership, and relationship management across a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with ultra-luxury standards and heritage positioning
  • Full P&L ownership for the boutique (€15-30M+ annual turnover), driving sales growth, average transaction value, and client retention through proactive clienteling strategies
  • Develop and execute commercial initiatives across retail, VIC (Very Important Client) engagement, and local partnerships to consistently exceed monthly and annual targets (+10-20% YoY growth expectations)
  • Build, coach, and retain a team of senior sales associates and supervisors (team size 5-15), elevating performance through structured KPIs, CRM utilisation, and service excellence
  • Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating relationships with UHNW clients, private shoppers, and global clientele, contributing to repeat business and cross-boutique sales opportunities
  • Ensure flawless boutique operations including stock management (high-value inventory), visual merchandising, security compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with regional and HQ functions (Retail, Marketing, Merchandising) to implement product launches, high jewellery activations, and exclusive in-store events
  • Drive CRM and omnichannel excellence, leveraging data to identify client opportunities, increase conversion rates, and maximise lifetime value
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client behaviour within key luxury shopping destinations to refine commercial strategy and maintain competitive positioning

Profile

  • 8-12+ years' experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record managing flagship or high-revenue boutiques
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving €20M+ stores and delivering consistent growth in high-end environments
  • Established network within luxury clientele and experience managing VIC/UHNW relationships
  • Leadership experience managing multicultural teams in international retail hubs
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages highly advantageous
  • Deep understanding of luxury service codes, craftsmanship storytelling, and high jewellery / watchmaking environments preferred
