• Independent **preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in accordance with **French GAAP and IFRS** for international companies, including relevant notes to the financial statements.* **Maintenance, analysis, and reconciliation of local French GAAP books** as well as confident **reconciliation of differences with other accounting standards**.
• Close collaboration with **external payroll and tax partners** to ensure compliance with all **local legal requirements**.
• Proactive **coordination with internal teams** (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Business Controlling) to ensure smooth operations in the finance department.* **Preparation and timely filing** of all local financial reports (e.g., **sales tax returns, corporate tax prepayments, tax returns**)—you will also serve as a competent point of contact during the annual closing process for **auditors, business controllers, management, and regulatory authorities**. **What you bring to the table:****Several years of relevant professional experience in the finance or accounting field**, ideally in an **international context**.**Excellent qualifications as a certified accountant (m/f/d)** or a successfully **completed degree**, preferably from a renowned university, in the field of **finance, accounting, or a comparable discipline**.* **In-depth knowledge of French GAAP** (required); experience with **IFRS and/or HGB** is a plus.* **Very strong Excel skills** and confidence using **reporting and analysis tools**.* **Fluency in spoken and written French and English**; **knowledge of German** is a plus.### About Us
