Job Summary

As a Booking Advisor at the Disneyland Paris Customer Relations Center (CRC), you will embody Disney magic through phone, email, and social media to support visitors and travel agents.

Your Role

• Identify the needs of visitors and travel agents.
• Advise and inform them in Spanish, French and/or English.
• Provide personalized sales solutions.

Your Daily Tasks

• Telecommuting: Possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
• Contract type: Fixed‑term contract (from August 2026 to end of March 2027).
• Next integration date: August 3 2026.
• Work schedule:
  • Alternating between 31‑hour weeks (3 days off) and 39‑hour weeks (2 days off).
  • Working hours: 9 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday; no work on Sunday.
• Compensation: Fixed + variable remuneration.
