Blades Technician

Responsibilities
- Monitor activities related to blade maintenance processes.
- Inspect and assess the operational level of the assessed blades.
- Administrative work related to hours, working conditions and operational reporting.
- Act according to safety rules and quality procedures related to blade maintenance activities, from awareness to the audit process, to ensure service level agreements and compliance with regulatory procedures.
- Know the blade repair processes, assess the complexity of the repair, carry out on‑site repairs with technical expertise and internal maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certified by the BZEE certification if possible.
- A degree or a first professional experience as a composite material technician and/or wind turbines maintenance technician.
- Knowledge of technical English (written and spoken) and familiarity with the Office Pack.
Competencies
- Working with composite materials.
- Wind turbines experience as Service or Construction technicians in Vestas or non‑Vestas turbines.
- Working in confined spaces and at heights over 100 meters.
- Technical English.
- Comfort working remotely in a turbine as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction.
