Overview

The biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors are driven by cutting-edge research and complex data. As a Biotech Research Specialist, your meticulous attention to scientific detail will be essential in training AI to accurately interpret genomic data, drug discovery processes, and research findings, accelerating innovation in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI outputs related to molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, drug discovery pipelines, and clinical trial data.
• Assess the scientific accuracy, methodological rigor, and biological relevance of AI-generated research summaries, experimental designs, and data interpretations.
• Provide detailed, expert feedback on AI's ability to understand complex biological pathways, genetic mutations, and pharmacological mechanisms of action.
• Develop ground-truth datasets for AI training, including gene-disease associations, protein-protein interactions, and drug target identification.
• Identify and correct factual errors, misinterpretations of scientific literature, or flawed reasoning in AI's biotechnology content.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in biotechnology, CRISPR technology, gene therapy, and pharmaceutical R&D.

Qualifications

• Master\'s or PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Pharmacology, or a related life science field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech research, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic lab settings.
• Proficiency in interpreting genomic data (e.g., NGS, GWAS), protein assays, and preclinical study results.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, databases (e.g., NCBI, UniProt), and scientific literature search engines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Experience with data evaluation or scientific writing is a plus.
