In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.

Define, implement and validate the manufacturing & control processes (through the writing of work instructions)
Define and validate the manufacturing and control processes in collaboration with the Quality and Production departments.
Time the different assembly steps and suggest organizational changes/improvements.
Support the ergonomics improvement workshops
Identifies the needs and improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement workshops
Promote the use of the continuous improvement tools or lean techniques.
Monitor and report the progress of the workshops
Coach others and develop the continuous improvement culture in the company
Work in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement & Technology department and global quality to ensure the consistency of the tools deployed.
What will convince us
Master's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Continuous improvement or equivalent
Analytical, data-driven and problem-solving ability
Experience in process analysis and time study of a manufacturing process
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of the CI tools (5S, visual management, Wastes identification, problem solving…) is required.
Previous experience in leading continuous improvement workshops
Able to train others
Good written and spoken English is a plus
