BIODERMA Europe Marketing Director H/F
NAOS, a major international stakeholder in Skincare, is looking for a Regional Marketing Director for the European zone (Bioderma), in a full‑time permanent contract (CDI) starting as soon as possible (Q1 2026).
Inside the Regional Marketing team, you will be a key regional partner for our European countries, acting as the link between affiliates and global brand teams to deploy brand strategy, support performance, and ensure consistency of execution across the region.
Regular business travel within Europe is expected as part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Adaptation & Regional Planning
- 3‑year vision: set the regional strategy and growth ambitions
- Act as the primary business partner for Countries GMs and the Global team to localize global strategy
- Drive the regional digital roadmap, ensuring online strategies are integrated into 3-year strategies
Market Discipline & Execution Excellence
- Arbitrate launch tiering and secure markets commitment
- Monitor marketing KPI and digital performance, guiding A&P allocation toward the most profitable channels and leading regional ROI analysis
- Set and enforce the regional pricing strategy
Qualifications and Requirements
Strategic Leadership: Ability to navigate between global brand ambitions and regional requirements.
Operational Excellence: Expert in monitoring KPIs, ROI analysis, and ensuring launch readiness.
Digital Proficiency: Proven experience in digital marketing (performance, social media, CRM) and managing e‑retail growth levers.
Change Management: Proven ability to lead international teams through organizational transitions.
French and English: fluent.
