What your day will look like
Your mission is to be a trusted technical partner to customers, owning relationships end to end and translating complex requirements into high‑quality, scalable solutions. Through technical expertise, clear communication, and strong project management, you ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a major migration project and grow into senior roles within Professional Services as you expand your expertise and impact.
Responsibilities
- Client ownership & satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Customer engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
- Project development & support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
- Solution configuration & delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Long‑term relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
- Project management: Lead and manage customer projects using best practices, driving successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Fluent French and English language skills (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a solution specialist role in the construction industry is a plus.
- BIM expertise is good to have.
- Strong understanding of web‑based technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical users effectively.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- In‑depth programming skills.
- Willingness to travel.
