Billing Specialist - Multilingual Invoicing & Client Support

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices, including e-billing.

Manage time entries (time transfers and correction of booking errors).

• Manage WIP, billing adjustments, and invoice corrections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients in French and English.
• Support lawyers and internal teams with billing-related queries.
• Maintain accurate client and matter records.
• Assist with reporting, month-end activities, and billing compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and support team objectives.
• The role involves contact with clients, partners and associates.

Essential

• Previous experience in a Billing or Invoicing role.
• Great knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage workload and support colleagues in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a law firm or legal services.
• Knowledge of Septeo Neo software.
• Willingness to learn and grow, take on new responsibilities as needed.
