Bilingual Employee Relations Manager (EN/FR) – Hybrid

Amgen is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to conduct HR investigations and advise managers across EMEA. The role requires bilingual English and French proficiency and a strong grounding in European employment law.

You will partner with Compliance, Legal, and HR teams to uphold Amgen’s culture of respect and integrity, including training and regional COE initiatives. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in France.
