Bilingual Account Manager (FR/EN) – Hybrid Paris

Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to join our Paris team in a hybrid role. You will build and maintain lasting relationships with Lightspeed's accounts, introduce them to Lightspeed’s product suite, and ensure they get solutions that meet their goals.

You’ll manage an existing customer base, lead renewal and expansion opportunities, demonstrate software modules from core POS to upgrades, negotiate contracts, and track key metrics like MRR and net retention.
