Bid Manager, Data & AI

• Lead end-to-end responses to calls for tender (RFIs, RFPs, private-sector consultations, and public-sector tenders)
• Analyze client needs and develop response strategies with Sales teams and Data experts
• Coordinate consultants, architects, project directors, industry experts, and partners
• Facilitate qualification and proposal-development workshops
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and differentiation of proposals
• Develop value propositions and articulate client benefits
• Contribute to the development of business models and pricing estimates
• Prepare presentations and support Sales teams during negotiations
• Capture best practices and enhance response repositories and sales assets

Requirements

• Engineering degree, business school degree, or equivalent university qualification
• At least 5–10 years of experience in a consulting firm, IT services company, strategy consultancy, or systems integrator environment
• Proven experience in Bid Management, Presales, or Business Development for enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics topics: BI, Data Platforms, Data Governance, AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Cloud Data
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across international environments and under tight deadlines
• Results-oriented, rigorous, and customer-focused
