About the role

We are looking for a BI Operations Lead to build and drive our Power BI operational support function .

You will play a critical role in ensuring platform stability, governance, and adherence to best practices across the BI ecosystem.

Your mission: deliver a reliable, scalable, and well‑governed BI platform while enabling teams to work efficiently and confidently.

What you will do

• Define and lead the BI Production Support operating model
• Ensure adherence to Power BI development standards and UI/UX best practices
• Own the solution certification process and production readiness framework
• Manage workspaces, access, licenses, and capacity usage
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and usage analytics
• Drive adoption of data engineering and BI architecture standards
• Support and mentor BI developers and data teams
• Lead incident management and continuous improvement initiatives

Who you are

You are a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in operational excellence and platform governance, with a strong ability to drive structure and enable teams. You bring:

Experience

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data platforms
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI governance and/or production support
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or coordinating teams in a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (workspaces, datasets, capacities, licensing)
• Solid understanding of data models and BI architectures
• Experience with monitoring and operational tools
• Proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks is a plus )
