BI Developer

The BI Developer will design and deliver scalable BI solutions that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models and BI solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and manage data models and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and effective data storytelling.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all reporting and BI solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve overall efficiency and scalability.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests to assist business decision‑making.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to handle complex queries and large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data visualization and information design principles.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated data‑intensive industries; familiarity with Python or other BI tools; knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
