Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a MEM Data Specialist to join our team!

Required Qualifications

• Creates, maintains, and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, and asset management files for audit purposes.
• Administers equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO processes.
• Manages daily scheduling needs.
• Communicates daily with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
• Makes decisions based on information from Sales, PCNA, and other departments, impacting customer service.
• Meets routine sales and customer expectations.
• Keeps record and placement of PBV equipment throughout NC.
• Performs varied general administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO.
• Manages all daily scheduling needs.
• Communicates with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
• Makes decisions based on Sales, PCNA, and other departmental information, impacting customer service.
• Meets routine sales and customer expectations.
• Handles record keeping and placement of PBV equipment across NC.
• Performs varied general administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
