BESS C&I Business Development Manager – a strategic go‑getter ready to boost our commercial impact in France.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy with distributors in France.
• Build relationships with installers, developers, and EPCs.
• Co‑develop smart solutions with EMS specialists.
• Oversee projects from tender to commissioning.
• Spot trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
• Align with global teams to scale our impact.
• Represent SUNGROW at key industry events and trade shows.
• Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and technical background.
• Solid experience in sales and marketing.
• Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Leadership skills to unite and motivate teams.
• Good English level (minimum B2).
• Fluent/Native French (C1/C2).
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time), visit Lyon’s office one per month, and occasionally within Europe and to China.
