Find Yourself

Find Yourself is a women's club and media that works towards the empowerment of women, grounded in the values of kindness and sisterhood. We organize events throughout the year for women who want to evolve in their professional and personal development, while building connection and cultivating sisterhood.

Mission

• Sourcing and contacting venues to host our events
• Sourcing and contacting speakers
• Co‑organisation of events
• Maintaining and updating an organization tracking table
• Researching opportunities for interventions for the Find Yourself association
• Seeking sponsors and partners for our different events
• Assisting communication on our events (content creation, publishing events on online ticketing platforms, etc.)

We have a team of 4 people and are looking to strengthen it. If you can dedicate at least 3‑4 hours per week, have event‑organizing and partnership‑management skills, are passionate about women’s representation, sisterhood, empowerment, and leadership, enjoy meeting like‑minded women, are full of ideas, love learning and testing, and are reliable and ready to commit long‑term, we’re waiting for you!

Qualifications

• At least 3‑4 hours per week to dedicate to the association
• Experience in event organisation and/or partnership management
• Interest in women’s representation, sisterhood, empowerment and leadership
• Enthusiasm for meeting other motivated women (“like‑minded”)
• Full of ideas, loves learning and testing
• Reliable and ready to engage long‑term
