Beauty Procurement Lead: Supplier Partnerships & Growth

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the beauty category on the Brands Operations team. You will focus on procuring brand-name products for SHEIN's platform, working closely with global procurement and cross-functional teams.

You will identify and evaluate new beauty suppliers, negotiate pricing and MOQs, and develop procurement strategies aligned with market demand and customer feedback. Strong negotiation and network in EU beauty wholesale are essential.
