BDM – EU Global Accounts – France
Salary: Highly Competitive Basic + Attractive OTE €
Location: France – Candidate must speak French and English.
Your responsibility – what you will do
General
- Identify new retail leads in the market with global potential
- Create global business opportunities with major retail brands
- Collaborate with local sales teams to agree on the approach of the leads
- Work to carry out client goals while meeting company objectives
- Monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers
Project Development / Management
- Develop new projects, products and solutions for existing and new customers
- Generate sales among major EU client accounts across product solution areas
- Full service: coordinate and manage projects from briefing over artwork and material specification to first sampling and production trial with support from internal colleagues
- Support local Sales Teams to grow global projects

- Knowledge of packaging and/or printing technology
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Customer focus and ability to build strong relationships with customers

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated and hands‑on attitude, motivation to generate new business opportunities
- IT literate (MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, AI)
- Driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally in EU and exceptionally globally)
