BCBA: Flexible, Mentorship‑Driven Clinical Leader (NC)

The Treetop ABA in Matthews, NC is looking for a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care in-home, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You’ll partner with a BCBA-led team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.

Role includes mentoring RBTs, data-driven treatment decisions, and regular team collaboration. Competitive salary $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonuses and a sign-on incentive.
