Бармен
Bubble Bliss is the only bar in Paris entirely dedicated to champagne. Our mission is to be the Embassy of Champagne in the city — the place where people discover it, fall in love with it, and make it their own.
People come for a beautiful moment, stay because they discover something new, and come back bringing friends — because this world becomes part of their story. That’s the experience you’ll help create.
About the role
We’re looking for a Champagne Bar Host — someone who builds real connections with guests, creates a warm atmosphere and memorable experiences, and confidently handles service, including serving food and champagne.
Deep champagne expertise isn’t required — we’ll train you on that. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, make them feel welcome and give them a reason to come back.
What this job really is
- Help them discover what they actually like
- Help them feel more confident ordering champagne
- Make them feel like they belong in this world
- Give them something they can’t wait to share with friends
- Turn conversations into reasons to come back — another champagne to discover, an event to join, or a friend to bring next time
Success in this role is simple: guests come back — and bring their friends.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and create a warm, personal atmosphere
- Serve food and champagne with confidence
- Offer simple, friendly recommendations — we provide the champagne training — and inspire guests throughout their champagne discovery journey
- Get to know our guests, understand what they enjoy and build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into regulars
- Naturally introduce guests to upcoming tastings, events and other Bubble Bliss experiences
- Help make Bubble Bliss a place where guests feel known, connected and excited to return
- Organize and host events
- Create the kind of experience that makes people want to return — and bring others with them
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality — restaurants, bars, hotels, luxury retail or concierge
- Experience in guest-facing roles where relationship-building helped drive repeat business
- Fluent English and French
- Mature, socially confident and able to connect naturally with guests of different ages, cultures and backgrounds
- Warm, outgoing and genuinely curious about people
- Strong social intelligence — able to read the room, adapt to different personalities and know when to engage and when to give guests space
- Commercial instinct without a hard-selling approach
- Comfortable starting conversations and turning them naturally into recommendations, future visits or event participation
- Composed and confident in busy or delicate situations
- Interested in wines
- A good team player
- Comfortable working evenings in a high-energy, international social environment
