• Monitor the operational health of Digital Publishing, EDM, and Workflow applications (daily checks, reprocessing rejections, restarting suspended jobs, handling system alerts, etc.)
• Validate the proper functioning of the ADOC application during software or infrastructure upgrades
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and user support requests
• Collaborate with IT support teams and external partners (OPS/ITG) for incident reporting and change management
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on the ADOC document workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting, including analysis, effort estimation, design, development, and testing
• Design and develop enhancements to improve workflow automation and document processing
• Manage and report product bugs to the KOFAX vendor
• Produce daily operational reports for business stakeholders (e.g., stock and flow metrics) and explain any deviations
• Model structured documents to improve RAD/LAD performance and analyze related statistics to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience with KOFAX TotalAgility (KTA) and KOFAX Insight (certification is a plus)
• Strong expertise in .NET development and application maintenance
• Solid understanding of SQL scripting
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
• Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of proactivity and rigor in daily operations
