Banking Operations Lead: Architect of Scalable Payments

Spiko is seeking a Banking Operations Lead to build and run the banking backbone that moves client money across Europe. You will own payments rails, settlements, FX mechanics, and scalable controls.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will monitor daily operations, automate repetitive tasks, and partner with Product, Engineering and Compliance to scale as we add new currencies and products. This role requires operational rigor and autonomy in a fast-growing fintech.
