Citi is looking for an RA Intern to join the Corporate Banking team in Paris, France starting in July 2026. Corporate Bankers are relationship‑focused finance professionals responsible for understanding the wide range of complex financial issues facing our clients around the world. They drive the client dialogue on cash management, capital structure, liability management, liquidity, funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions. Unique to Citi, Corporate Bankers are also responsible for credit allocation and relationship management. They work in partnership with various Citi groups across the firm, including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets Origination. This internship is designed to increase your knowledge, so whatever your degree is in, we will provide the training and support you need to excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the internal Risk Policy.
  • Support the RA team with credit requests from the network and request appropriate approvals.
  • Administer new and existing credit limits, collaborating with Credit Administration.
  • Prepare reports and client credit facility lists (Excel, PowerPoint slides).
  • Respond to ad‑hoc internal queries.
  • Support the RA team in maintaining the client information database up to date.

Qualifications

  • Available to start in July 2026.
  • Currently enrolled in a university that can provide an internship agreement.
  • Student status and related visa covering the whole internship period.
  • Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
  • Very good knowledge of Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral). Good level in French is recommended but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Relevant professional experience from previous internship(s).
