Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post‑sales contact, leading onboarding, adoption, and customer lifecycle management
- Execute customer success strategies aligned with short‑ and long‑term business goals
- Deliver value reviews that connect Microsoft Viva solutions to business outcomes
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and build actionable success plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on employee experience strategies
- Lead ROI discussions and support AI‑driven transformation initiatives
- Manage implementation and deployment of solutions such as Viva Glint
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms
- Troubleshoot complex issues and accelerate resolution through structured problem‑solving
- Coordinate internal teams to remove blockers and drive customer success
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement
- Tailor engagement strategies based on each customer’s needs and context

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and storage.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation, cleaning, and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Implement and manage data storage solutions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, resolving issues to maintain high system reliability.
Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives across the data lifecycle.

As a Microsoft EUC Engineer you will deliver, and transition secure private cloud end‑user computing solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies. You will contribute to endpoint, device management, and application packaging workstreams for enterprise and regulated clients, working across project delivery and managed services engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver endpoint and device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE as unified endpoint management solutions that integrate access control, application management, and device security across any platform.
Implement & deploy Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
Execute the enterprise application packaging and deployment process, including:
- Win32 application packaging
- MSI, EXE, and PowerShell based installers
- Application detection logic, deployment rings, and rollback strategies
Integrate EUC solutions with security solutions leveraging Zero Trust device controls.
Contribute to high quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, build guides, and operational runbooks.
Be a member of the EUC workstreams end to end, supporting transition from project delivery into managed services.
Participate in technical workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs.
