The Role As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side components of our applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable backend services that power critical features and support rapid growth.

This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities

API & Service Architecture - Design and build RESTful or Graph

QL APIs, microservices, and business logic using Node.js and Type

Script.

Database Design & Integration - Model data and manage queries using Supabase and Postgre

SQL, including functions, row-level security, and real-time features.

Cloud Infrastructure - Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, and Pub/Sub.
