Job Description

You are joining the Back Office Guarantees team as a Guarantee Manager. This team assists Natixis clients in the control and execution of their domestic and international collateral issuance instructions within the Trade Finance Operations – Guarantees, Fees & Payments department.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• verify the compliance and consistency of the instructions received, ensuring the presence of mandatory information;
• authenticate documents, obtain the necessary approvals and clarify points with clients if needed;
• to issue guarantees and bonds, and to manage the acts of guarantee from issuance until release;
• Write engagement drafts based on client contracts or comment on the texts provided;
• respond to requests for development, advice, modification and complaints, and model operations in the FBTI tool.

As a Guarantee Manager, you contribute to the transformation of the financial sector by strengthening your skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Depending on your experience, you may also have to validate the operations processed by the team.
