Baby & Child Care Brand Manager France (F/H)

In this role, you will bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground‑breaking brands, delivering better care for billions of people worldwide.

About You

As the Brand Manager Baby and Child Care, you will oversee the full brand management cycle for Huggies® and DryNites® in France, driving activation, innovation and growth across the French market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the preparation and presentation of annual brand plans, driving strategic direction, execution priorities, and performance alignment.
  • Activate strategic brand touchpoints across online and offline channels to drive recruitment and retention.
  • Manage year‑round paid media execution, including influencers, CRM, social, SEO/SEA and campaign tracking.
  • Adapt regional brand communication toolkits for France (packaging, claims, trade stories, visuals).
  • Track business performance using Nielsen (sell‑in/sell‑out), identify trends, support forecasting and contribute to pricing and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead the French Huggies® recruitment sampling program for pharmacies, gynecologists, and midwives.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Category, Finance, Demand Planning and regional partners to ensure market‑aligned execution.

The role reports directly to the Northern European Marketing Lead and is an individual contributor with a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Marketing, ideally as a Brand Manager, with a professional background in FMCG and/or retail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on Nielsen experience.
  • Proven experience developing impactful digital marketing and activation plans.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Native French speaker and fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Track record of delivering strong business results.
