The B2C Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer relationship management, development, and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers while actively contributing to the growth of our company in this key market.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of sales and ensure personalized follow-up of potential customers for the German-speaking market, answering incoming calls and emails.
- Work with customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build partnerships with recognized actors in the Trading market to develop ProRealTime's notoriety.
- Carry out targeted sales campaigns and actions such as emailing and preparing for and participating in special events.
