B2C Marketing Project manager - (M/W/X)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Head of B2C Strategy & Projects, your main missions will be to develop impactful B2B2C campaigns and lead transversal projects delivering value across our B2C platforms
• You will be responsible for multiple projects or business scopes across all countries of the Group

TASKS

• B2C strategy: You own (analyze, develop the strategy & follow-up) key offer mix & daily attractivity topics across B2Cs
• Offer mix topics & Daily attractivity topics :
• B2C Activation & Animation Plan

Veepee Products & Business

• Analyze the performance of Veepee products/business across European platforms and propose strategic and operational action plans to boost performance and identify growth levers (visibility, communication, etc.)
• Launch and support new and existing Veepee businesses and products across our European platforms
• Coordinate the preparation and launch of Veepee business events and products using a B2B2C approach, adapting them by platform as needed
• Provide operational support for these events and products with a concrete action plan and timeline
• Track all relevant KPIs per project to optimize campaign and activity performance
• Work closely with the B2C Marketing Analysts to define strategies for Veepee events/products based on performance analysis

Digital Member Experience

• You collaborate with multiple teams (Growth, Data science, UX, the Agency, CRM, etc) to improve homepage & tab performances and enhance member experience
• Express improvement needs for tools, processes, and features on the homepage/tabs (A/B testing, benchmarking, new modules)
• Work on the member journey : what are objectives & strategies per entry point, how to navigate on veepee, how to improve member experience on Veepee, B2B2C inputs on the Welcome process
• Share business objectives and inputs with UX and data teams to improve algorithm personalization and member experience

Help guarantee operational excellence in the member experience and contribute to developing corrective actions or new ideas to improve related performance

Analyze project performance and propose action plans to optimize KPIs

• Data expertise: You use data to develop and improve our B2C strategy
• Collaboration with other teams: You collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders on your topics across teams & B2C countries

MUST HAVE skills

Technical skills

• Data-driven & strong analytical skills (perform analysis, deduct insights, develop strategies)
• Project management
• Commercial mindset & understanding of brand environments
• Marketing knowledge (consumer behavior, digital marketing, copyrighting, etc. )
• Consumer mindset & understanding of consumer trends
• Proficiency in computer tools, mainly Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite
• Master in Veepee tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane, etc.)
• Professional fluency in English (spoken & written)
