JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the B2B & Trade Marketing Manager, your main missions will be to support the development of meaningful relationships with our brands and activate the brands on our Veepee websites. You will be responsible for a certain product vertical or business across all our B2C countries.

TASKS

  • Marketing activations of our brands: Planning and setting up marketing actions/campaigns focused on activating our brands and offers on all our B2C platforms.
  • Co‑define the planning with marketing and planning colleagues, whilst maintaining an international vision for each brand (considering benchmarks and local platform specifics).
  • Brief and collaborate with stakeholders (brands, design, CRM, B2B colleagues) to collect all necessary inputs.
  • Implement trade animations and thematic campaigns and coordinate with other teams for additional actions (communication, merchandising, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign results, prepare reporting and apply learnings to future activities.
  • Perform market trend analysis to understand dynamics relevant to your business or product category.
  • Strategic brand development: Support the business to further develop our strategic accounts and develop annual plans addressing both brand and Veepee challenges.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support strategic brand meetings (prepare presentation materials and assist meetings when relevant).
  • Collaboration with commercial teams: Serve as the partner for commercial teams to support them and their brands with marketing needs, ensure brand plans are prepared, executed and communicated, and act as the spokesperson for marketing topics (value proposition, market insights, etc.).
  • Collaboration with marketing teams: Work closely with B2B & Trade colleagues to optimize balance between verticals and businesses, guide and coach junior B2B & Trade colleagues, collaborate with the CRM team to execute brand activation plans, align with the Projects team on planning and execution, optimize overall planning, and provide support for translation needs.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in commercial and marketing analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Mastery of Veepee tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane, etc.)
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
