Job Description
Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the B2B & Trade Marketing Manager, you will support the development of meaningful relationships with brands and activate them on Veepee websites.
You will be responsible for one product vertical or business across all B2C countries.
Tasks
- Plan and set up marketing actions and campaigns focused on activating brands and offers across all B2C platforms.
- Co‑define the planning with marketing & planning colleagues, maintaining an international view for each brand while considering local platform benchmarks and specificities.
- Brief and collaborate with stakeholders (brands, design, CRM, B2B colleagues) to gather required information.
- Implement trade animations and thematic campaigns, coordinating with other teams for additional actions such as ad‑hoc communication and merchandising.
- Analyze campaign results, report, and use learnings for future improvements.
- Perform market‑trend analysis to understand dynamics relevant to the business or product category.
- Support strategic brand development: develop annual plans for strategic brands addressing both brand and Veepee challenges.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support strategic brand meetings, preparing presentation materials and attending meetings.
- Serve as the marketing partner for commercial teams, ensuring brand plans are prepared, executed, and communicated across countries.
- Act as the spokesperson of marketing for commercial teams on general marketing topics (value proposition, market insights, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure actions are coordinated and fit the full platform.
- Collaborate with B2B & Trade colleagues to optimize the balance between verticals and businesses.
- Guide and coach junior B2B & Trade colleagues to develop their skills and improve performance.
- Collaborate with CRM team to execute brand activation plans (e.g., coordinating ad‑hoc communication, translations).
- Collaborate with Projects team to align planning and execution of campaigns/projects.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to optimize planning, ensure operational excellence, and work efficiently as a team.
- Provide translation support to other teams as needed.
Required skills
- Marketing competencies (brand and trade marketing).
- Project management.
- Commercial mindset & understanding of brand environments.
- Consumer mindset & understanding of consumer trends.
- Proficiency in commercial & marketing analysis.
- Computer tools proficiency, mainly Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite.
- Mastery of Veepee tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane, etc.).
- Professional fluency in English (spoken & written).
