Position Overview
We are now looking for a Key Accounts Specialist EMEA to join our dynamic global headquarters in Grenoble. This is a strategic, high‑impact role offering strong exposure to international key accounts and a clear pathway toward a future career in sales.
Your Impact
As a trusted partner to the Key Account Directors (KADs), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence across our global key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EMEA Key Accounts
- Partner with Key Account Directors and Account Managers to manage strategic and emerging accounts.
- Drive Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Ensure seamless communication between commercial and operational teams across multiple international sites.
- Enable Sales Performance
- Manage CRM data (Salesforce), support quotation processes, and contribute to contract negotiations.
- Strong Focus on Grow Accounts
- Identify opportunities and deploy strategies to accelerate account development and engagement.
- Contribute to Strategy & Growth
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pipeline development and strategic planning initiatives.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or account management within pharma/healthcare
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven experience in quotation management and negotiation support
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong learning agility
- Early‑career / high‑potential profile with clear ambition to grow into Sales or Marketing
- Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
- Salary range for the role: 50-60k annual fixed base + bonus + coporate benefit
