We partner with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, delivering billions of devices annually across seven manufacturing sites worldwide. This role is a Key Accounts Specialist EMEA, based at our headquarters in Grenoble, and offers strong exposure to international key accounts and a clear career path in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA Key Accounts and partner with Key Account Directors and Account Managers to manage strategic and emerging accounts.
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure seamless communication between commercial and operational teams across multiple international sites.
  • Enable sales performance by managing CRM data (Salesforce), supporting quotation processes, and contributing to contract negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities and deploy strategies to accelerate account development and engagement, driving growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pipeline development and strategic planning initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales or account management within pharma/healthcare.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven experience in quotation management and negotiation support.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong learning agility.
  • Early‑career or high‑potential profile with clear ambition to grow into sales or marketing.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

Salary

Salary range: 50‑60k annual fixed base + bonus + corporate benefit.
