The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers with Q400 experience for a short-term Base Maintenance contract based in Nîmes, France, with the possibility of a longer-term extension.

This is an excellent opportunity with an immediate start available; and is ideal for engineers looking for an attractive short-term opportunity in France, with the potential to secure further work beyond the initial contract period.

Contract Details & Rates

• Aircraft Type: Q400
• Licence Required: B1
• Location: Nîmes, France
• Maintenance: Base Maintenance
• Contract: 1 month (possible extension)
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week guaranteed
• Hourly Rate: €48–€52 per hour

Accommodation & Travel

• Accommodation provided.
• Hire car provided for the duration of the contract.
• Initial flight to France provided.
• Return flight provided at the end of the contract.

Our travel and accommodation package is designed to make the assignment as straightforward as possible, allowing engineers to focus on the work.

Rotation & Working Schedule

• 48 guaranteed working hours per week.
• Base Maintenance environment.

Start Date & Contract Duration

An ASAP start is available, with an initial contract duration of one month.

There is potential for the contract to be extended, offering the possibility of a longer-term opportunity for the right candidates.

Candidates should be available to mobilise at short notice.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid B1 Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence.
• Q400 aircraft experience.
• Previous Base Maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Availability for an immediate start.
