Azure Pre-Sales / Azure Architect

About The Role
Within our Azure practice, you will actively contribute to the development of our Azure service offerings and lead the end-to-end Azure Cloud pre‑sales cycle with the best possible win ratio. You will partner closely with Sales, Experts, Innovation, and Delivery/Production teams to design, validate, price, and defend Azure solutions that meet customer needs and can be delivered at scale.

Model : Hybrid (3 days in office)
Office Locations : Saint‑Cloud, Lille, Lyon, Nantes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Azure Cloud pre-sales activities end-to-end in close collaboration with Sales teams
- Produce and co-author technical responses (RFP/RFI, proposals, statements of work inputs) and contribute to solution pricing/costing
- Analyze, understand, and challenge the customer environment and underlying business/technical pain points
- Design Azure solutions with creativity and pragmatism: target architectures, migration approaches, landing zones, security, operations
- Validate architecture designs with internal expert teams (Cloud/Network/Security/Data, etc.)
- Ensure compliance and feasibility by coordinating with Innovation teams and confirming deliverability with Production/Delivery teams
- Guarantee overall solution coherence, coverage of requirements, and alignment with constraints (security, operations, timelines)
- Deliver customer and internal presentations/defenses (solution reviews, architecture boards, pre‑sales soutenances)
- Contribute to the development and industrialization of Azure offers (standardized packages, accelerators, reusable patterns)
- Contribute to knowledge sharing: capitalization and dissemination of best practices and know‑how across teams
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- Proven experience in pre‑sales and/or Azure Cloud architecture
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Azure services and their daily usage (design and advisory level)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams
- Strong writing skills (structured technical documentation, proposals)
- Soft skills: pedagogy/vulgarization, collaborative mindset, active synthesis, service orientation
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
- One or more Microsoft certifications (strongly preferred), such as:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure Security Engineer
- DevOps Engineer Expert
- (or equivalents aligned to the role)
- Prior experience explicitly titled Azure Architect or Cloud Architect (Azure)
- Experience building standardized cloud offers/accelerators and industrialized delivery frameworks
