CONTEXT Experience: 6 years and more Job Functions: Project or program management, Expert Technological specialties: MFT, Incident management, Managed File Transfer, Monitoring, Reporting In a context of continuous transformation and strengthening of critical data exchange platforms, the objective is to ensure the design, operation and evolution of secure, robust and highly available file transfer solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of availability, security, and performance of critical platforms
• Be responsible for cross-functional Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms
• Install, maintain, and upgrade file transfer platforms
• Supervise production and ensure the resolution of complex technical incidents
• Administer internal and external data transfers, in conjunction with numerous partners
• Provide support to users and application teams for the implementation and operation of data flows
• Prioritize and secure file transfers in the production environment
• Develop scripts and automations related to transfers and batch processing
• Ensure the monitoring and reporting of application flows
• Analyze incidents and produce reliable operational documentation compliant with internal standards
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes (level 3 support)
• Improve the stability, performance, and resilience of operational systems
• Write and maintain operational guides, implementation procedures, and work instructions
• Implement Process standard requests via the ITSM tool (Service

• Diagnose and resolve incidents within the technical scope
• Collaborate with development teams for the automation and industrialization of processes
• Write technical documentation in accordance with internal rules and standards
