We are looking for an experienced AWS Practice Lead to drive and grow our AWS cloud practice within the broader Home of Data organization, which encompasses multiple data and cloud practices, including AWS.
This role combines technology leadership, delivery accountability, business development, and ecosystem management . The successful candidate will act as a backup to the Head of Data , contribute to strategic decisions across practices, and play a key role in strengthening our market presence around AWS‑based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Practice & Delivery Leadership
- Lead the AWS practice with end‑to‑end accountability, covering delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
- Act as Engagement Manager on complex, international programs, ensuring successful delivery in multi‑country and multi‑stakeholder environments
- Oversee and support the delivery of AWS‑based transformation projects, including data platforms, analytics, and cloud modernization initiatives
- Ensure alignment with TCS delivery standards, governance models, and best practices
- Bring strong hands‑on and architectural experience delivering projects on AWS , with exposure to Databricks highly desirable
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI‑enabled architectures
- Maintain a strong understanding of AWS AI/ML accelerators and services (e.g. managed AI services, GenAI enablers, automation accelerators) and how to position them in client solutions
Business Development & Offerings
- Contribute actively to the definition and evolution of new AWS‑based offerings , accelerators, and go‑to‑market solutions
- Support sales and pre‑sales activities, including client workshops, solution shaping, proposals, and executive presentations
- Develop and expand long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at both technical and executive levels
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the acquisition of new clients
Ecosystem & Partner Management
- Manage and strengthen the relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS) , including alignment with partner programs, joint initiatives, and go‑to‑market actions
- Represent the AWS practice internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership and client‑facing events
People, Recruitment & Enablement
- Support recruitment efforts for the AWS practice, contributing to team growth and capability building
- Drive internal upskilling and enablement , including the animation of e‑learning programs, certifications, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
- Coach and mentor consultants, architects, and delivery leads within the practice
Required Profile
Experience
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager on international programs
- Demonstrated track record delivering multiple AWS‑based projects in enterprise environments
- Experience working in consulting or professional services, with strong client exposure
- Solid understanding of data platforms, analytics, and cloud transformation programs
- Exposure to Databricks and modern data architectures is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, shape, and develop growth opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, from technical teams to senior client executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels
- Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plus
