Aviation IT Product Specialist - Support & Implementation

Trax is seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. The role focuses on learning Trax products, delivering training, and supporting customers in aviation IT environments.

You will liaise between airline customers and our programming/QA teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementations. Remote work available with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; fluency in English is preferred and multilingual capabilities are a plus.
