We are seeking a AUTOSYS Administrator to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Overview
Provide expert administration and continuous enhancement of AutoSys scheduling services, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of enterprise workload automation environments. Lead AutoSys upgrades to the latest releases while ensuring production readiness and minimal business disruption. Drive the migration of on-premises infrastructure to public cloud platforms through secure and automated deployment processes. Standardize and industrialize installations, configurations, and change management activities using infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and APIs. Additionally, contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes, while collaborating with geographically distributed teams to provide operational support and maintain service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Administer and operate Autosys platforms at expert level.
- Plan and execute version upgrades (e.g., v24) with minimal disruption.
- Migrate ~20 servers to public cloud environments.
- Automate installations and updates using Ansible, Terraform and Puppet.
- Develop and use APIs to industrialize deployment and job management.
- Design and document Autosys architecture for internal and public cloud.
- Maintain operational conditions of scheduling/orchestration tools.
- Handle incidents and changes following ITIL‑aligned practices.
- Support engineering and operations teams across France, India and USA.
- Monitor, analyze and improve reliability and security of scheduling services.
Mandatory skills
- Expert knowledge of Autosys administration.
- Automation with Ansible (and Terraform/Puppet).
- Scripting (Shell, Python).
- ITIL‑aligned incident and change management.
Appreciated skills
- Git/GitHub and CI practices.
- Perl or PHP scripting.
- Experience deploying Autosys agents at scale.
- Cloud security best practices for public cloud.
- Experience with production scheduling/orchestration tooling.
