This role requires a strong understanding of automotive standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The Trainer will develop training materials, evaluate performance, and collaborate with Sales for training opportunities, alongside fulfilling KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction. Frequent travel to various locations is necessary.
