Automotive Production Supervisor - Team Leader & Operations

Autoneum, a global leader in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles, is seeking a production area supervisor to manage manufacturing and delivery programs in a three-shift system. You will oversee 15 to 35 staff, ensure SQDCM objectives, and coordinate with the production unit manager.

You will organize resources, enforce safety and quality standards, report performance, and drive continuous improvement through SAP and office tools.
