We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client North Penn VW. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team and a motivated executive team.

Requirements

• Previous F&I Manager experience of 3+ years.
• Proven track record of selling automotive products.
• Working knowledge of the finance process.
• Ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and dedication to long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with financing or lease terms.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
