Automation & Maintenance Technician — Lead Standard Work

Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance professional to operate and maintain equipment across multiple processes, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, support new product development, and lead at least one standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach while observing rigorous safety and quality assurance practices.
