Audit & Finance Manager

We administer health benefits for expatriates, international employees, and nomads on behalf of leading insurers and brokers worldwide. Our services include policy administration, premium management, claims processing and payment, and issuance of guarantees of payment globally. Role Description

We are seeking an Audit & Finance Manager

This is a key position at the intersection of finance, audit, and operations, with direct exposure to international clients and multi-entity environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading internal audit processes across finance and operations
• Monitoring internal controls and financial procedures
• Managing cash flow
• Preparing financial and operational reports for management and clients
• Working closely with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders
• Supporting compliance requirements, including GDPR and financial governance frameworks
• Collaborating with operations teams to improve processes and drive efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native-level fluency in both English and French
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in audit, internal controls, and multi-entity environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
