We are currently hiring a proactive, highly organized, and collaborative **Executive Assistant**. In this key role, you will act as the **CEO’s trusted right-hand partner**: optimizing time and priorities, driving strategic governance, managing budgets, and facilitating seamless connections between Euromaster/Ihle and Michelin. Your central role will directly contribute to our performance and positive work culture.
This permanent postion (CDI) located in Clermont-Ferrand is to be filled as soon as possible.**Main activities:****Collaboration with the manager (head of LBESD):**
- Manages and optimizes the manager's time and agenda: handles all matters within the proper deadlines (including travel, documents, files, reports, budget monitoring)
- Develops the LB's annual calendar, taking into account all deadlines for the Group and the entity interface w/ Michelin for Financial and Strategic planning
- Organizes meetings and seminars (logistics, participants, and content), proposes relevant agendas, collects necessary information from internal clients/partners, accurately prepares materials, participates when necessary and ensures follow-up on identified actions
- Establishes the minutes of ESD Management Board & ESD Leadership Team meetings
- Consolidates and analyzes the information necessary for the smooth operation of the entity, both internally and externally
- Initiates ad-hoc meetings based on identified needs and internal/external current events**Processing of requests:**
- Responds to internal/external requests within deadlines and in compliance with Group values to ensure a positive image for the entity/the Group
- Prioritizes and manages emergencies while paying particular attention to impacts and any potential tensions to mitigate
- Anticipates needs/requests to contribute to the performance of the entity and the Group**Files Management:**
- Collects relevant information from the entity's teams, internal partners, and any other useful source to prepare the files necessary for the Manager's activities
- Takes charge of additional assignments/files in agreement with the Manager
- Makes purchases and acts as an authorized validator by delegation in various areas (ordering tools/invoices, travel, etc.)**Coordination of ESD Network of Assistants:**
- Collects and circulates all necessary information for the activity of the Management Team's assistants (and more broadly to the network of the executive assistant)**Additional tasks:**
- Manager One holder for general expenses
- Purchase Order requester for several departments and several "processes", support for Purchase Orders and follow up Invoices
- Support HR, Performance, P&SC and ISIT teams for occasional events
- Budget follow up
- Delegation Egencia / Eurecia (Travel / Expenses)
- Interface between entities and Legal for delegations**Your profile:**
- Organizational Mastery: Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with a strong ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities efficiently
- Relationship builder: Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships quickly across diverse stakeholders, entities, and countries
- Team & Service Mindset: A true team player with a strong service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- International Experience: Comfortable working in an international environment; proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus**What we offer:**
