ATR - Working Parties - EASA B1 Support Staff
Job Description

We are looking for an EASA B1 Support Staff to join our Customer Support & Services Directorate in Sylvain Fabregas’ team. You will work in the Working Parties department and may be based at the main maintenance base in Francazal, France, or at a worldwide location.
Key responsibilities include leading the repair of aircraft with a team or providing technical assistance to a customer, and collaborating with the Working Parties preparation department and ATR technical departments involved in the process.
- Participate in damage assessment following a major event
- Inspect and certify work as per the work package within your authorization
- Ensure all work conforms to OEM requirements and approved methods, and adheres to planning and cost estimates
- Ensure worksheets, inspection schedules, logbooks and maintenance records are properly completed and certified
- Report defects and related rectifications promptly
- Ensure tools and equipment are serviceable and only approved materials and parts are used
- Ensure technicians and apprentices follow safety practices at all times
- Support in maintaining tools and equipment in good order
- Ensure safety of GSE equipment
Frequent travel off-site (variable duration, up to 12 consecutive weeks)
About You
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years as maintenance staff on the ATR family
- Valid EASA Part 66 license with ATR 42/72 ratings for all types in Mechanical (B1) and rating C (a plus)
- Type training on ATR 42/72 all types and Fuel Tank Safety / HF / SMS / Refresher courses currency
- English language level as required
- MS Office
- Standard usage of Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as AMHOS, AMASIS, AD Software
- Customer minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, adaptability and communication skills
- Proactive and autonomous; able to work alone or in a team and adapt quickly to field situations
- Willing to join ATR to connect communities and provide top-quality products and support
