ATR - Upgrade Value Manager (H/F) - AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE

Role: Upgrades Value Manager
Position within CSS Delivery & Operations Directorate, working in Christophe’s team of 6 collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage business cases to support the sale of upgrade solutions through Service Bulletins, ensuring compliance with ATR commercial policies and target margins.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to perform retrofit technical and cost analyses, defining accurate financial assumptions.
- Define customer pricing by integrating Kit and equipment costs.
- Manage the SAP catalogue for Service Bulletins and Kits, including creation, updates, and continuous updates.
- Ensure cost and price availability of spare parts and Kits in SAP, coordination with Procurement for accurate customer pricing.
- Guarantee accuracy and consistency of SAP master data related to Service Bulletins (BOMs, part numbers, articles).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including processes, tools, and methods, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.
- Act as key focal point for upgrade pricing tools and support ongoing digital transformation (pricing tools deployment, BI and SAP evolution).
- Manage subcontracting activities on its perimeter, ensuring contractual compliance (OTD, OQD, training) and validate monthly subcontracted volumes before invoicing.
- Manage a customer portfolio by preparing commercial offers, supporting Services Sales teams, administering Service Bulletin and Kit purchase orders, monitoring production, delivery, invoicing and customer down payments.

Qualifications
- Field of study: Business, Sales support, Engineering, Marketing, project management.
- Technical skills / knowledge: Engineering knowledge of the aircraft, systems, understanding of the after-sales environment, financial and business case creation, understanding of supply chain and logistics constraints, experience in project management and continuous improvement, strong process, method and tools skills.
- Soft skills: Creative, autonomous, customer‑oriented, good communication skills, team spirit, proactive.
- Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus).
