We are looking for a Spec-Quality Mgmt System Surveillance to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Julien's team.

Your Mission: As a support to the Enterprise Management System Manager, you will contribute to the management and transformation of ATR’s business processes and corporate directives related to Procurement and Quality/Supply Chain activities. You will support their implementation within the Enterprise Management System and across operational activities while measuring the effectiveness of the outcomes achieved. Based on assessments and feedback, you will drive the continuous improvement of the Enterprise Management System and its application throughout operations. You will support Business Process Owners (BPOs) in defining, updating, and maintaining their business processes when required. You will contribute to the development of a Quality Management System encompassing the required quality standards, directives, and methodologies, ensuring compliance with applicable external regulations, industry standards, and internal rules. In addition, you may be required to select, develop, and maintain quality methods and tools (including IT solutions and decision-support systems) that support quality, delivery performance, and cost objectives, ensuring right-first-time deliveries and promoting their deployment across the company. You will also contribute to the development and deployment of required learning solutions, acting as a subject matter expert in quality, methods and tools. You may support corporate certification activities and interfaces with external authorities regarding ISO 9001 and EN 9100 Quality Management System certifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Enterprise Management System
• Support the Quality Management System, Quality Standards, Quality Directives and Methods
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements
• Monitor effectiveness and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Support Business Process Owners in process management and governance activities
• Contribute to quality certification activities and regulatory interface where applicable

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Quality Management System organization or a related quality management environment.

Technical skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace regulations and requirements.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping - VSM).
• Proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk management methods and practices.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
